1. Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 14 days of activation.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.
2. Custom Projects and Development Services

For project-based services (e.g., app development, software builds), 50% of the deposit is non-refundable once work begins.

If a project is canceled before development starts, a full refund may be issued.

No refunds will be granted once the project has reached 75% completion or has been delivered.
3. Digital Products

Digital assets, downloads, or licenses are non-refundable once delivered unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

Defective digital products must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
